Came of my mountain bike in the week and injured my shoulder so decided to stay in the calmer inland waters.
The wind was blowing dead offshore from the launch area, so it was a difficult plod out to the wind line.
Once I had got used to the extreme gust conditions and gone a bit further offshore, with about 10 others I had quite a few good very fast blasts up and down the res.
Quite a short session today though, as my shoulder was hurting quite a lot.
